Hai I have one doubt in india private company how many years once change the auditor?

you don't have to change the auditor unless of course the management of the company wishes so.
06 June 2014
the restriction placed under section 139 of the Companies act 2013 shall apply if the share capital or the borrowing so the private limited company exceed Rs 20 cr or Rs 50 cr respectively.
