i) Purchases
ii) Sales
iii) Expenses
iv) Income (Other Income)
v) Liability
vi) Asset
2)How to give print-out to take print of the ledger?
3)Before passing an entry how we have to classify so that it comes under the relavant category (i.e. Exp. or Assets or Liability or Income)
4) How to carry forward the balance sheet items?
5) How to delete the wrong entry made?
6) How to take back-up for the entries made?

we are using tally 5.4 version
now by fault a wrong entry of very big amt was made in debtors a/c which was non operating from year 2004 now when we open that a/c tally gets hanged as the amt was too big
plz tell me sir how to delete a entry
