I want to know how to create closing stock a/c in tally.

I tried creating closing stock ledger under the group stock-in-hand and entered the opening stock value and entered the closing stock value, but closing stock did not appear either in p& l a/c or in the b/s .

please give your suggestions

Can contents in PDF files altered like we do in Word documents.

I tried 'Save us' and saved as word document. But the alignment was very poor that i had to do lot of work before i make changes in the content.

HI to all!!

Kindly make me aware whether there is any command by which i can automatically convert the figures in LACS /THOUSANDs
e.g suppose in a particular sheet containig profit and loss account the figures of sales is 1925892.00 now in the comparative sheet if i m calling the figures from p&l, i want the called figure would automatically rounded of to in lacs i.e. as 19.26
