20 March 2008 i want to know the formulae of vlookup in MS excel

21 March 2008 =VLOOKUP(E4,Mumbai!E:F,2,0)
or
click Fx and select vlookup a window will appear
now in frist column enter the cell of which similar data u are searching

in second column enter the range within which you want that particular data

in third typr the umber of range eg. from A to C it is 3(A,B,C)

in fourth simply type '0'
