we are using tally 5.4 version
now by fault a wrong entry of very big amt was made in debtors a/c which was non operating from year 2004 now when we open that a/c tally gets hanged as the amt was too big

Is there any Excel formula by which I can get result like this?

In our company we have two softwares
(i) customised ERP - upgraded one
(ii) Customised Software based on VB- the earlier one.
Currently we are working on both the versions. There is differences in balances between the two versions. On both the versions we can transfer the data to Ms-Excel.I want to compare the two ledgers and have to give a report why there is differences. There are many balances to be compared it may take more time...so it will be great if some one can help me in this issue.
