We are running a commercial training institute.We are providing International certifications in networking and are the official training partner of m/s Red hat India (P) Ltd.My question is If a foreigner come across india for attending the training and is paying his fees by way of direct transfer from his home country to our bank account which is in foreign currency.The bank is issuing us Foreign Inwards Remittance Certificates.whether we get any exemption from paying tax.

i wanna join C.A. and at present i am pursuing graduation final year.so can i register now for direct admission in IPCC.and second query is that i know that i have to score 55% to get direct admission but i have to score 55% in my final year exam or in average of all my 3years b.com exam percentage....?? so please let me know about this

usefulness of internet to ca cpt students

is there any provision in which a student can register in one firm and work for the other firm.

is this possible? what are the pros and cons of this provision?
