what is the procedure to inspect the answer sheets of my ca final direct tax paper. my result is costing-51.isca-55,dt-32,idt-58 total-196..i want the varification of direct tax paper and also want to inspect my answer sheet..so please tell me the complete procedure for this and is the separate application required for both inspection and verification or a single application is required for both

Dear Experts

I am student of the ICSI and I am currently undergoing practical training in a Pvt Co. I have completed almost 8 months but majorly I have only done clerical work i.e printing, scanning, couriering, filing.

If I have any doubts, my Sir doesn't explain things properly. He makes me do rework most of the times, i.e scanning, printing docs again and again. Sometimes he accuses me of not doing the work properly only to know later that I have done everything correctly.

I am not gaining anything productive from this Company except for frustration and depression. My Sir makes me do all the manual work while he is comfortably sitting and playing games on this PC.

I am on the verge of telling him that what he is doing is not correct and should give me atleast some assistance when he has no work.

I am sure he is not going to react positively and I might have to terminate this training. There was another girl who also quit training as she too had issues with this person.

I am worried if I quit training in between and will not get an NOC from him, how will it affect my career as a CS. Can I apply in some other company for training without obtaining an NOC? I dont mind undergoing training all over again.

I appeared for module 1 and 4 in Dec 2013.
