17 January 2014 Dear sir,
I am preparing for final exams for Nov 14, Can u clarify the doubt raised by one of my friend "Is Companies Act 2013 is Applicable for Nov 14 Final Exams?".

18 January 2014 no clarity yet friend...ICAI has till now only confirmed that it is not applicable to May 14...so wait for some more time...in the meanwhile prepare for other subjects...

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
