I am preparing for final exams for Nov 14, Can u clarify the doubt raised by one of my friend "Is Companies Act 2013 is Applicable for Nov 14 Final Exams?".

no clarity yet friend...ICAI has till now only confirmed that it is not applicable to May 14...so wait for some more time...in the meanwhile prepare for other subjects...
