my ipcc group 1 completed in 2011 nov ,group till incomplete and am doing articles from march 08,2012.am do registraion of final attempt 2014 nov without group 2 pass ? or when will do final registration? plz clarify my query .i wrote group 2 last nov.

Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.

I am working with a reputed firm as an article assistant. My working hours are 10.00 to 06.00 ie 8 hours & as per ICAI rules articles are required only to work for 35 hours in a week. So I want to know that whether I will got an credit of these extra hours or not ? If yes then how much ? & if no then why ?

My articleship completion date was 16 aug 2013 and I have completed the formalities regarding form 108 but I got reply as I have taken exess leaves for 17 days. My question is whether there is an exemption on service tax on commercial training or coaching as i am running an institute which provide the training on accounts courses and software training to engineering students.

As i am the service provider and confused whether this service provided by me is falling under the category of commercial training or coaching, and do i liable to pay service tax or this service is totally exempted.
