Regarding leave rules during articleship

Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.

1.) Sir I started my training on Ist Oct 2011 Till 29th Jan 2014. I took 82 day of leave out of which 24 are compensatory off.Please tell me what will be my pending leave at present.
2.) My CA Anil Khanna is against this that 24 day of compensatory leave will not be calculated.So will be the remedies for it.
