can signature on ca final examination form done by other than principal employer. ? I have completed my articalship training.

hello sir pls advise me i completed my article ship on 28.12.13,i have send 108 form on 12.1.14, uptill i not received service certificate form institute.please advise me how many days will take for processing time to send service certificate to students.

I am a student of CA Final year and i have take the transfer from our firm on 02/01/2014 within 1 years.but I have joined the another CA Firm as on 29/01/2014 after doing GMCS (03/1/2014 to 18/01/2014).So Sir what are the consequence of this gap between 02/01/2014 to 28/01/2014.Is it extend my CA Final attempt.I shall be liable to furnished any document.Will it counted as my leave on my Article ship Trainning.

I am going to complete my articleship in near future, but due to excess leave my period of articleship will be extended, equivalent to the excess leave taken. Can I take transfer from the present employer and join another employer to complete my articleship period?

I have completed my IPCC during Nov 2013 attempt as I am going to give my final exams in May 2015 I am thinking of to register for CS. is it a good option to choose now or it's better to complete CA and then join CS later? Please help in this regard..

I have completed my articleship in February 2012 and currently giving CA Final Exam. I also enrolled for M.com Course in September 2012. I don't have to attend classes for this course and only have to sit for exams. My question is that do I have to send in Form 112? I know I should have resolved this query earlier but I assumed that since I have joined M.com after articleship ending, I do not have to send in Form 112.
Kindly advice me on what has to be done in this regard.
