difference between surrender of salary and foregoing salary

kindly guide me regarding procedure to be followed for getting exemption in cs executive paper no.2 i.e cost and management accounting on the basis of b.com qualification..... i am a graduate above 60%.......

I have recently registered for ipcc as well as cs-executive.. Am I required to take any permission as both are no-where interfering???

[As I would finish-up my ca-articleship, and will complete cs training later on or get exemption so.]

Sir/Mam, if i take transfer and get registered with a new ca firm which does not have much exposure to give and work as paid asst wit another firm which has got public sector audit n listed co audit then is it feasible to go for it keeping my cv in consideration?
