i had sent dimand draft amt 2000 with articleship form no. 103 ( in transfer case ) and this is not necessary for this ...now i want to write a application for refund DD to icai. in this regard ..plz suggest me ...about this how to write a application

I cleared my group 1 in nov,2013 and
I submitted form 103,112 on 22nd april,2014 to save my 6 months for preparing into finals.At that time,it was not mentioned that id card/registration letter of bcom correspondence was also to be submitted as well.However,fortunately i had it in my bag and i submitted duplicated copy of it and it was accepted in icai office.Now, I recieved a notice that the bcom id card should be attested also and my registration is still pending.
I want to ask that am i be able to save my 6 months or not?? please tell that a person has to submit the forms before 30th april or a person should get registered for articleship before 30th april??

I cleared my IPCC exam in may 2013. Want to know, when shall I start my coaching for CA final. i have already read many articles on CCI regarding the same, but I am still confused. Also, suggest me which subject ot begin with. many of my friends have joined for accounts, but due to changes in the syllabus, I am not very confident on the same. I wish to study by my own for theory subjects, as I did in IPCC, but I due to my articleship, I get completely exhausted, after reaching home. Kindly help me. My CA final attempt is in May 2016

Hello... I'm IPCC student, I got exemption (65 marks) in Adv Account (paper-5) & failed in ITSM. But it is very less. Can I give this paper again for gaining more marks. and also tell me if I get less than 65 marks, then which marks icai will consider.

I.e... MPV sir book. and notes given by my sirs during coaching for sfm and ama. 4.LAW - munish Bandari and practice manual. 5.AUDITING -surabhi bhansal madam book along witj practice manual. 6.ISCA-only institute material. 7.DT- notes given by my sir.(RSN sir) 8.IDT- sodhani sir material along with practice manual. ...I want to say that I want to give maximum thrust on the practice manual. is it good decision...? please guide me and help me out.... thanks in advance.

in june i am going to write ca-cpt exam so i want to know the way of preparation as well as some tips to prepare the difficult bits and also i request you to duggest the books regarding to cpt exams..thankingu.....

i had sent my form no. 109 with condonation of Rs. 100 for delay of 15 days on 28/04/2014.
I had also sent my form 103 on 08/05/2014.
I got a message in mobile for that 100 rs. from icai,
but i didnt get letter for termination and re joining with new auditor.
what can i do now,
