plz kindly guide me with the following situation.
i started my articleship on 15-03-12 and now on 08-05-14 i am taking transfer to another region due to some health issues.
i have 230 days leave in a period of 2years 1month and 24 days.
will i be eligible for november 2014 exams if i don't take any further leaves till november'14 and if not then is there any provision to make so..?
please reply soon..bit urgent..

to be eligible for november 2014, you should be completing your articleship by 30 April 2015 including excess leave. If you submit Form 109 with 230 leaves today, ICAI will handout extension anyways which would shift articleship completion beyond 30 April 2015.
So, good chance that you wont be eligible for Nov 14.
