In Form 107 there are 3 space for signature of witness & there is no space for signature of employer & article. Please can u tell whether signature of Employer is to be taken on witness box or not?

I had went to a Hotel in NOIDA I have been served food of value Rs 500 but they charge Rs 700 from me. I want to ask what kind of tax they add and what are there rates even it is service tax, VAT or Surcharge.

I'm a Final Student, my exams are due in November 2014.

Now Hardly 130 days are left before exams.

My Preparations Level is 0%.

I have to pass this exam.

I'll give Grp 1st only in my 1st attempt.

There comes a little fear about SFM & Financial Reporting in my mind after listening to many views of CA Students about its difficulty.

I have Sridhar Book for SFM , whose physique and language also scaring me a little bit. Plus i don't have any Book or any notes for Financial Reporting. Also I haven't attended any Coaching for a Single Day.

Is Sfm & FR really difficult?
Should I purchase any other book for SFM?
Are 130 days too short to crack Grp 1?

TDS need to deduct OR Not for Payment of Rs. 1,77,000 as Interest on Credit Purchases by A HUF Proprietorship Firm?

Supplier says, since it is Proprietorship Firm, there is no need to deduct TDS. But I doubt, Supplier want to take advantage of Ignorance of Buyer.

Will Buyer comes under fault if he does not deduct TDS and deposit to Department in such case?
