For CA Final 45 sections have been notified. This is in addition to Old companies Act ? Or the new sections are replacing the old sections of 1956 Act. Correspondingly will it affect Audit, Accounts and Accounting standards too ?

I was completed one nad half year articleship i want to take transfer now, i read procedure but i didnt got that discontinuance period for minimum 3 months on medial grounds (on the production of medical certificate) and what is format for getting permision from institute

i have registered for articleship on 30/4/2014.But currently i am not happy with the kind of work given to me which is merely tally entries of a bank a/c.Is there any way i can take a transfer and still be eligible for nov 2016 attempt ? (need to complete 2.5 years as on the 1st day of month of relevant attempt )

I had completed my normal three years of articleship duration on 24th Feb 2014.

I had taken an excess leave of few days.

I filled form 107 on 19th March 2014 for balance period and it was to end on 30th April 2014.

But than I received a letter from Institute regarding submission of Form 103 instead of Form 107 in May during the exams.

So it means that Form 107 was not accepted and I was not in service on 1st May 2014.

But as per rules i should be in service on 1st May 2014 so that my result be declared.

As this is my second attempt.

So wat can i do now??

please help me sir for get approval what i have to do,

Sir, I have a query regarding CA Final Examination.
Is that possible to fill up the Final Exam form (like a provisional student)without having the Final Registration No, since Registration No. or Letter of Final, i applied but not got the letter from institute at the time of filling exam form. I cleared Ca ipc and complete my full articleship. So, can it possible to fill the form and sit for ca final exam? and if possible than which reg. no. i used in registration no. column in exam form? Plz. advice.

hi there. i jave started my studies in cs executive and pepare for dec,14. i came to know from my one of the friend that we are not getting articleship easily in ahmedabad. i am tensed & confused that should i start searching for articleship now or wait till examination. why i am worried because i am working and started my cs at the ageof 29. kindly suggest is this the real scenario? awaiting your reply.
