i have not yet received my CPT-2014 admit card through post so I have got it downloaded. Is it required to get downloaded admit card attested from any CA?

if it has your photograph and signature on it, then no attestation is required

It is written in ur admit card. That if ur Picture in the Admit Card(printed) is not clear then u must have to get signed by a CA on his letter head by pasting ur photograph, ur signature. And u must also carry a Id proof along with u.
