I have Completed one year and two months articleship trainig.Suddenly my principal enforce me to take transfer and he is not giving any reason for above.So pls suggest me how to get transfer?

i have scored 45.5% in tybcom so can i register for direct entry scheme for ipcc

Sir I did a mistake in CPt paper...I wrote d working part on question paper itself....as i didnt read d instructions carefully....will all my questions be considered as wrong???

I am a CA finalist. My employee is an examiner of CA IPCE Law copies and hr has since then literally forced us to examine the copies in his behalf. He gives us to take copies back home and examine. I have this urge to bring this to the notice of the ICAI. Please suggest.

i am pursuing article ship and going to complete 1 year.But my problem is a new article (girl) joined my office 7-8 months ago and she has been taught everything from filling retuns to replying to scn notices and most of the thing and haven't been told to me for a single time .is this normal because some of my friends says girls are given preference and boys are mostly taught things in there final year of article ship.because all i have been doing is going to clients site for vouching and internal audit though i have been taught how to make audit report.please clear my confusion and thanks in advance

I started my articleship on 15-10-2013 but due to some reasons I took transfer on 04-02-2014, after that I joined the new firm on 07-04-2014. I just want to whether I have to do my GMCS-1 within 15-10-2014 or I can do till 16-12-2014 bcoz due to 2 months and 3 days break my 1 st year will end on 16-12-2014?
