Dear All, If one person has taken 135 days leave , will it effect the time spent in weeks? Is it compulsory to match 52+52+52 weeks in the 1st,2nd and 3rd year as a whole (accounting,auditing,taxation etc)

Respected sir Im a student of ipcc who had cleard my ipcc grup 2 im my first attempt nd itt traing nd ot... I was registered my ipcc course in august 2010...in nov 2014 it will b my 8th attmpt for my group 1.. Im totally depressed sir.. As due to my 1st grp..my eligibility for appearance in final is delaying..as my traing is not started yet..what shoul I do?should I convert my ipcc into direct secheme..is it beneficial for me? What are its provisions nd should I change this into direct entry scheme in November 2014..or I should waited for my result?plz help me sir plz Im very much worried sir..I dont wana drop my ca becz its my fathers last wish.. shruti

I have heard that latest practice manual of Audit is not relevant for november 2014 exams as it contains updated companies act 2013 which is relevant from may 2015. Please advice me whether i have to consider it or not?

i am teacher and i run a small coaching . in a year i teach 100 to 200 students only in my home . i also registered my coaching under my municipal corporation . but i dont give any fee slip to students just because i run a small coaching , i have to take care of all expenses .i file income tax return also . is it necessary to maintain record of those students ? and should i use fee receipt ? i dont want to face any problem in future , if IT department ask show me the proof of income . if they ask then can i show only my registration and coaching license registered under my municipal corporation for proofing my income ?

I have cleared CA PCC exam in 2011 and started working in bank leaving my CA career behind.

I heard that CA syllabus going to change from 2016.
Many suggested me to complete before that.
Can anyone guide whether is it advisable to start CA final and will i able to study with job ?

Please help me in taking this important decision in my life

new rtp issued by icai for nov 14 exam have some amedments Ques. is these applicable for nov 14 Exams for PY 13-14 & AY 14-15? I thought they should not be there.
