Form 108-time spent in weeks

Dear All,
If one person has taken 135 days leave , will it effect the time spent in weeks?
Is it compulsory to match 52+52+52 weeks in the 1st,2nd and 3rd year as a whole (accounting,auditing,taxation etc)

Not necessarily. Total days worked divided by 6 and fill the column.
