Sir/ Madam , please help me with this thing.I need to download form 102 and 103 for for registering for articles. i have downloaded form 103 from icai website . but form 102 says it is for reference only.. Can youu please help me?

If asset is sold and we got profit on sale of asset.can we credit this profit in p&l a/c as per companies Act??? and
1)what will be the treatment for the same in income tax act.
2)what will be the treatment if block of asset becomes nil as per income tax and how should we disclose the same while computing Net tax payable

My friend registered for CPT on January 2011 and he had to quit CA for about an year and half due to some reasons. He's willing to appear in Cpt / CPC Dec 14 exams. If anybody can provide me a link for ONLINE REVALIDATION for CPT registration it'd be a big help for us.. I've searched the internet but could only find the Application form in PDF format telling me sent required documents along with a DD of Rs 300+ 100. Is there a way I can pay this fee online and send the acknowledgement by post?

I am doing my articleship in a small firm. and my ca final attempt is in may 2015, I asked my principal for exam leave of 6 months he denied it stating that he will allow me for 3 months for both the group. I requested him I'm ready to extend my articleship for extra leave period. But he didn't agree with that also and put further conditions that he will grant me 6 months leave but I have to clear both the group in first attempt if not then I have to work for 1 year as articleship under him under a written agreement. As a principal can a CA do this with his article students and will this be a valid agreement??? Please suggest your opinion on this.. It will be very helpful for me. Thanks for your comments.

After passing cs executive how to proceed for 15 month training

Every article student is eligible to go for industrial training ?
if yes how to proceed and when we have to join in such training ( means during which year of article ship training).
