I need leave for preparation of ipcc group 2 due in nov 2014.
But my principle refused.He is allowing only 15 days inclusive of exam days.
Should i go without informing him.

But i asked him for termination.He is not giving me termination too.I have comeleted only 3 months of my articleship yet.

you cannot force your principle to sign Form 109...i know its sad...but thats how it is.

unfortunately none if the principle doesn't agree....worst part, ICAI doesn't intervene on such issues. so you gotta convince him..

there is termination and then there is termination on disciplinary grounds. the difference is that of getting down from the bus when its stationery and then there is being thrown out at full speed...you can understand which one hurts more!
