i am working at paschim vihar new delhi my father job has been transfered in haryana . can i take transfer in faridabad but its does'nt fulfill the criteria of 50 kms but state has been changed can i take transfer.
on the change of state can i take transfer.

My name is Nandita.Sir i have joined in articles and took transfer to other firm recently.But i have problem with my 102 form franking.will backdated franking is really available.Is there any chance in future icai asking the franking form 102??at the time of joining in new firm i didnot get franking on my new form 102 form but i submited my 103 to institute whether it will become a big problem in future??please solve my query

I am holding a residential apartment in Pune. I received a pocession from builder along with property keys in October 2011. Occupancy certificate from builder was received in April 12. I am planning to sell the property in Nov 14. Can I consider the capital gains arising from this property as long term considering pocession was given in October2011 along with flat keys.

dear sir, my queries are- I took transfer and if submitting the form 103 after 30 days . what are the requirements to be fulfilled ?.. other one is, I re-started the training on 1/9/14 but I done franking on 19/9/14 . will it be counted from 1/9/14 onwards or what ? please reply as early as possible. thank you.
