dear sir,
my queries are-
I took transfer and if submitting the form 103 after 30 days . what are the requirements to be fulfilled ?..
other one is, I re-started the training on 1/9/14 but I done franking on 19/9/14 . will it be counted from 1/9/14 onwards or what ? please reply as early as possible.

you just need to submit Form 103 with ICAI. however, the re-start date cannot be before 19/9/14 (ie before the franking date)
