I completed my articleship last month. I got offer from my principle's client to join their company. I haven't received my articleship completion certificate yet. Can my ex boss complain about me something to institute? I was not having good relations with my ex boss and he would obviously not like that his client has approached me to do the work he used to do. Form 108 has been submitted 25 days back. What can he max do if I accept the offer of his client.

Suppose, if I join today ie; on 28.10.2014, will I be eligible for may 2016 attempt ???

I wish to pursue CFA course. But I want to quickly complete both my CA course and CFA course at the earliest .Is it really essential to go to USA for doing CFA? Or can I give the exams from India itself? Please suggest me the correct time to pursue that course (i.e. should it be done while doing articleship or after passing CA final exam) I'm currently preparing for IPCC exam. Hope to hear some replies.

sir,I applied for conversation from CA-IPCC to CA-INTERMEDIATE on degree qualification.I received the mail from BOARD on october.Regarding the mail,my registration stars from 3rd september.so my query is what is the date for submission of forms 102&103 because I have't joined for articles still to date.please give me the details about what are the further steps to be taken.I kindly inform you I completed ITT&OTP aswell.

Now I want to change name in IPCC registration letter. So kindly help me, what procedure can I follow to correct my name?

students who are registered IPCC under direct entry scheme, can they write IPCC exam after completion of their articleship?
