Plz help regards the following

Actually, my friend has completed 1 year 3 months of her articles. Now due to some health problems, she wants to terminate her articleship.

Plz anyone explain the detailed procedure for the same.

30 October 2014 write a letter to icai explaining your reason for transfer along with proof if any available to strengthen your reason

and along with your employer no objection for your transfer.
.
.
once you got permission from icai you may send form 109 and take transfer from articleship
