RESPECTED SIR,

I STARTED MY ARTICLESHIP IN 4TH AUGUST 2013, THEN AFTER ONE YEAR BECAUSE OF BAD FAMILY CIRCUMSTANCES MY BOSS ALLOWED ME DUMMY FROM THEN, HE ALLOWED ME TO BE ABSENT FOR THE REMAINING PERIOD AS HE HAS SOME RELATION WITH MY FATHER...BUT NOW FROM FEW DAYS HE IS FORCING ME TO COME TO OFFICE.

TRANSFER RULES AND REGULATION OF 2ND YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP DOESNOT ALLOW ME TO TAKE TRANSFER.

DURING A CONVERSATION ON PHONE HE NAHI ANA HAI TO TRANSFER LELO...

I WANA ASK WHETHER IF HE WANT THEN CAN HE HIMSELF TRANSFER ME OR ALLOWED ME TO TRANSFER.

OR IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO TAKE TRANFER..

anybody can please help me to know how we can study accounting standards and which book to use . i hve heard dat d s rawat is a good book for accounting standards. and do suggest some ways and tips to how to grasp them

i submitted my articleship form on 23 feb 2015 but today i came to know that i am not registered due to non availabilty of seat at that time.
but now the seat is available and icai is asking a confirmation letter that i will only be registered from 5 march 2015 from my ca for article registration.
please tell me the format to write the letter
