I registered under ipcc direct entry I hv completed my ot but yet to complete itt. can i start articleship before itt

Hello everyone,

I am working in a small CA Firm where only 2 article assistants working(including me) and his articleship is completed now. Now, Principal is forcing him to continue otherwise he will extend his period.

Is it possible that he can extend the period because already he had worked there without taking more than specified leaves?

If no, what can do now because Principal is not signing the Form 108.

Maximum ceiling limit to deduct EPF on employee salary is Rs:15000/- up to 15000 EPF is deducted. But I want to know what is the minimum amount or ceiling limit of an employee on which EPF can't be deducted? I mean what's amounting figure if given to an employee EPF isn't deductible on the amount.

is it self sufficient yo go through pratice manual, scanner and rtp to clear ipcc group 2?
do in practical subject other author need to be followed?

A religious society (Madrasa) only islamic education given in this society. English and Hindi & other education not given. but still this society can apply for 12A Registration.
if apply for 12A Registration, this society can received a 12A Registration (Exemption) Certificate.

I m in my 2nd yr of articleship which commenced on 3rd Sep. 2013.....so I am eligible for finals in may 2016.. Recently in the month feb I registered myself for finals....hot the books. ..and I got CA Final regn letter from Institute which stays that "Registered for Finals (new)..."what does that mean???....New syllabus has still not yet decided, how can I get registered in it? Pls guide

My friend could not complete gmcs 2 before completion of articles..can he complete even after completion of articles?? What are the consequences he must face?

Is there any change in the weightage given to each topic in the subjects for final may 2016?

If we want to appoint director in the company then we need to compulsorily appoint him first as additional or in casual vacany or can we can directly appoint him as non executive director
