can anyone provide me some basic information on industrial training?

hi sirKAPIL G THOKRE i have asked u that one of my frd has passed cpt but he had failed 10 +2 n he has got 78% marks canhe registerfo pcc nu have said that he can register by giving assurance n u have also said that 78%is enough for assurance that he will clear his 10+2 n now iwanttoask u how he should give assurance i mean at the time of registration he should ask receptionist for extra documents for giving assurance . pls ans sir he n me will be thankfull to u.heis goingtoappear 10+2 in march 2008

I AM CA FINAL STUDENT,I HAVE CLEARED PE-II IN NOV 2006 & CURRENTLY DOING ARTICLESHIP IN BANGALORE. MY CA FINAL ATTEMPT WILL BE ON MAY 2009. NOW I AM THINKING OF TO TAKE UP ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL COURSE ALONG WITH CA COURSE. I HAVE CHOICE EITHER TO GO FOR CS OR FOR ICWA. BUT MY PREFERENCE IS FOR ICWA COURSE SINCE I AM INTERESTED IN PRACTICAL SUBJECT.PLS SUGGEST ME WHICH COURSE IS BETTER EVEN THOUGH BOTH THE COURSES ARE HAVING GOOD EXPOSURES AND ALSO SUGGEST ME TAKING ADDITIONAL COURSE AT THIS TIME IS IT RIGHT? SINCE I AM ALSO TAKING TUITION CLASSES FOR CA FINAL.

Will companies in wich v work as articled assistant,BE READY 2 BE FLEXIBLE wid our CA coaching class timings,becoz that is very imp. part in passing CA exam?
Atleast half-1 hour gets wasted from office hours in commuting/attending classes!

The comnpanies where I gave interviews n resume r taking too much time to respond!!
some also dnt give a firm reply- yes/no.
I wish 2 work in a good co.-somewhat reputed.
Whether to join any small one or wait 4 medium ones 2 reply ?
What will help in this situation?
