is there any exemption limit on rent of immovable property at which service tax is charged....? for eg if a manufacturing firm is paying rent @ Rs 12500 pm then service tax will be charged or not?

I have passed my PE-2 examination held in MAY,2007. I register myself in FINAL(old course) on 6th AUG.2007 and trnsfer in next week to FINAL(new course).

My articleship of three years has been started from 18th July,2007.

When will i be able to appear in final examination ?
(Nov,2009 or MAY,2010)

As per institutes rule normal working hours are 35 per week. But it seems that many CA firm force to article assistant to work at least 7 to 8 hours per day (42 to 48 hours). & they have to do. Could you pls suggest what can be done in this situation?
