Is it possible that if my (article assistant) first attempt is in November-2008, Instead of giving PCC EXAMINATION IN NOVEMBER-2008 ,I attempts in MAY-2009.Is there any effect in over all duration of CA Course.Is there should be a gap of 2 years training between the final exam attempt after passing PCC.If I attempt in NOVEMBER-2008 for PCC EXAM, Then my attempt for final examination becomes in NOVEMBER-2010.If I attempt for PCC EXAM in MAY-2009,When would I will become eligible for attempt of Final Examination.Kindly mail me the answer at ajaygoyalsnm@gmail.com

I have completed my 15 months of Articleship Training and so I want to take a study leave for 4 Months(3 Months Official). So, I requested my Boss to grant 4 Months Leave. He said that the 1 Month Extra Leave will be counted as Absent. So, I agreed to this proposal. But now he is not agreeing to it. He is telling me to take Transfer by filling Form 109. So I wanted to know that is it necessary to register with a new C.A. or Can I do it after giving my PCC Exam in Nov08?

purchased Machinery for Rs. 380000.00 & it's useful life is 12 Years & at the time of purchase Scrap Value is 20000.00. Company Charge Streightline Depreciation method.

After two years its scrap value is increase by 30000.00

I want know about Historical cost change or not

i wanna know that do we have limit regarding the number of transfers during our articleship of 3yrs/3.5yrs ? if yes then how many transfers we may take ?
my second question is when we are eligible for industrial training ?

Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.

I did Risk Based Internal audits for many branches of a Bank. I could get a managable knowledge in Banking sector. I fear that the partners of my firm might make me stick to those audits as it is a good generator of revenue. Whtz my problem is, after completing articleship, with the present knowledge I gained, can I excel in my career? What kind of audits are really useful for an article?

I also want to do CS. To gain expert knowledge in Financial decision making, what kind of audits do really help me?

I had enrolled for PCC in Jan 2007. I was studyin in K.T. Classes, panvel since april 2007. but last month i.e. in MAy our classes sir without informing us left the classes & went away somewhere.
he has not even completed the portions and about 30 students of panvel are in a soup.
The owner of the class is Mr. Kapil Thakore.the classes were held in rented premises. pls suggest something.bcoz i feel its completetly unfair tht inspite of paying so much fees we had to face this situstion & at a time wen xams are coming.
