ARTICLESHIP LEAVE for PCC NOV08 EXAM

30 June 2008 I have completed my 15 months of Articleship Training and so I want to take a study leave for 4 Months(3 Months Official). So, I requested my Boss to grant 4 Months Leave. He said that the 1 Month Extra Leave will be counted as Absent. So, I agreed to this proposal. But now he is not agreeing to it. He is telling me to take Transfer by filling Form 109. So I wanted to know that is it necessary to register with a new C.A. or Can I do it after giving my PCC Exam in Nov08?

30 June 2008 Before exam only u must finish 18 months service. So, u have to get regd with another CA.
