Examinaiton Leave for PCC (Nov - 08)

Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.

According to ICAI regulations articles are eligible for leaves to the extent of 1/6th of duration of Articleship....

180 days..... you cant take more..if you take more...you have to work for more period for the leave taken beyond the alowable limits
