please tell me where i get the admit card for nov. pcc exam. i m not getting on www.icai.nic.in

When I had first registered as an article assistant I had to fill and submit Form 102, Form 103, Form 112(as I'm also doing a regular B.Com. course).Even though I'm registered before 1st apr' 2008.
Now I want to take transfer from the firm and join another firm.
My question is when Itake a transfer will I have to submit Form 112 again or will my previous statement stand valid?

I have some doubts regarding 100 hrs ITT . I belongs to Imphal, Manipur .Is it allowable to do 100 hrs ITT in
any of the regional centres of India irrespective of the place where I belongs or restricted to do in only EIRC and its
branches . ii) And if I opt to do in any other regional centres, will I have to take prior approval of the council(EIRC),
If so what are the procedures.

It has mentioned that i am provisionaly admitted for november exams 08 in the admit card(i sow it in the website). And also mentioned that if i am eligible to write the exam contact the decentralised office. But nobody is receiving the call at chennai institute and also toll free number is also not working.Please Can anybody tell me what i have to do.

Hi , i am a pe-2 student ,i applied for pe-2 exam this time i.e nov2008 and i got admit card but in that the name of the exam given is ProfessionalCompetenceExam.i am from graduation stream.what is the mattere i am getting disturbed in my studies and preperation by seeing this.
