what is the assessment year for may 2009

please state what is the meaning of "an employee employed through contractors on building operations" and wheather he is entitled bonus or not and why ? and please also suggest in which book i will get answer of such kind why questions for pcc law ?

I want to know whether 4 months leave for preparation of both groups is limited to first attempt only or spread over whole articleship period?
what are provisions in this regard.
whether leaves taken during working period are deducted from this 4 months exam leave period & remaining months allowed?

what is implications of new scheme for ca final(old)

Is there any restriction in taking up number of correspondance studies apart with CA.

For eg Can a person doing CA can also do nay number of other courses like CWA; CS etc. Or can he do only one more course other than CA as per his choice

i had applied for trnsfer for my articleship 3 months back, but i have not received any confirmation for the institute. can there be any complication??

i am bit confused as I have heard a lot of conflicting opinions...
should i go for classes or get some notes
or which books to be referred to
