13 November 2008 I want to know whether 4 months leave for preparation of both groups is limited to first attempt only or spread over whole articleship period?
what are provisions in this regard.
whether leaves taken during working period are deducted from this 4 months exam leave period & remaining months allowed?
kindly help me. i m confused.

13 November 2008 156 days is elligible for leave.
SO it is sufficient to cover ur 4 months leave.

Leave taken during working period may be deducted from such leave. Waise it is on descretion of ur principal.

Bas U take care that he does not charge U with debit i.e excess leave.
