Good morning. i an having query regarding transfer in 2 year of articleship. i am not well from past 2 and half month and mentally also i am not capable of working under my current principal as they are not very good in terms of behaviour with articles.therefore i want to take transfer so please suggest me how can i take transfer??

A O has Pass an Order against my Client after disallowing an unsecured Loan taken Three Years Back, as Person From whom Unsecured Loan was taken Could not be presented as he was out of City for medical treatment and When we Produce him after his Coming Back , AO has refused to accept saying that Order has already been Passed, Point to Note that there is Proper TDS on Interest Given and Form 16 A submitted has also been Produced

I had submitted form108. I got a letter from inst to serve 124 days which ends on 31st may 2016. Now if i write exams in may16 will the leave taken during exams will be again considered as excess leave? will there will be any prob from inst point of view for writing exams on may16?

I am Durga bhavani Jammula. I had earlier deleted my profile in CAclubindia and I deleted the account too. And I had re-registered again. Now when someone search for me in Google with above name, they can view my profile. Plz help me in deleting it.

As per ICAI, Leave period allowed to an article student is 1/6 th of the actual period served by him..

Can anyone tell me whether ICAI has given any clear information regarding "Actual period served" for such calculation (not in case of hours calculation). And if the article student works on saturday and sundays also, can he set off them against the leaves taken by him???
