i want format of partnership deed. shud it be registered?

It is not mandatory to register partnership firm if want then same is done from registrar of society

Registration of Firm is not compulsory as per partnership Act 1932. Unregistered firm. Suffer certain disability to file suit against 3 party to recover its debts/ against partners viceversa.
It's advised to register the firm in sub registrar of Firm / society
