07 January 2016 Good morning. i an having query regarding transfer in 2 year of articleship. i am not well from past 2 and half month and mentally also i am not capable of working under my current principal as they are not very good in terms of behaviour with articles.therefore i want to take transfer so please suggest me how can i take transfer??

07 January 2016 nothing can be done unless the principal agrees for the transfer. doesn't matter whether you are ill or incapable.

As you told ur principal's behaviour is not good then he will not give you transfer so no other way out of the problem.
