Articleship transfer

Good morning.
i an having query regarding transfer in 2 year of articleship.
i am not well from past 2 and half month and mentally also i am not capable of working under my current principal as they are not very good in terms of behaviour with articles.therefore i want to take transfer
so please suggest me how can i take transfer??

nothing can be done unless the principal agrees for the transfer. doesn't matter whether you are ill or incapable.
