my husband got transfer can I get transfer on this basis I have completed 2 years of articleship

Yes its valid reason for transfer of articleship and icai may allow your transfer.make a request to icai explaining your reason for transfer and seeking permission of icai for transfer along with your boss recommendation/no objection for your transfer which is supported by your husband transfer letter.
