Sir I have been registered for articleship since 15-09-2014. Im student from nepal but doing my articleship in delhi. I want to continue my articleship here in nepal. I was on leave since 15 oct 2015 due to my health condition. My principle didnt agree to give transfer earlier but now he has agreed. On wat basis can I take transfer..?? Will just desire to continue articleship in nepal be a valid reason..?? Hoping for reply as soon as possible.
