My principal is not ready to leave me b4 31st July but my articleship completion date is b4 30 th april, what should I do? When I will submit my exam form that time he will sign my form, where it is mention that completion date is on or b4 30th April, will this help me to claim my articleship completion? Please guide, I am in very much trouble

Declaration given in exam form cannot help you,he can say u have taken excess leave after submitting exam form,.you need to request your boss to sign articleship form for completion of articles and promise to work with him till july,he may convince.
u need to send articleship completion form 108 with in 30 days of date of completion of articles,.if u make more delay you need to give clarification to icai about reason for delay of articleship,and also need to submit form 102 and work dairy for 3 years and stipend proof etc,.
so to avoid all these submit form with in 30 days
