I have completed 9 months of articleship and my articleship will be completed in March 2018 and I have an excess leave of 263 days, Will ill be eligible for November 2017 attempt. Plz do reply

Your date of completion of articles will be extended to the extent of excess leave taken.so compute your date of completion of articles after excess leave,.
if it falls before 01.may 2018 you are eligible for NOV2017 exam
if it falls before 01NOV2018 you are eligible for MAY2018 exam
if it falls before 01.may 2018 you are eligible for NOV2017 exam
if it falls before 01NOV2018 you are eligible for MAY2018 exam
