Friends Pls help me in this regard
1) Whether CA PE-2 students can apply NET exam..?
2) Is CA pe-2 is considered as equvelent to PG..?
3) I hav only 53% marks in PEE-2,but qualification for NET exam is 55% in PG
4) Is ICAI is recognised by UGC...whether they allow CA-intermediate pass students with below 55% marks to apply for NET exam...?

this june i will be giving cpt exam...this will be my 3rd attempt....as 3 rd attempt nothing is working for me because i have lost the flow which i had for 2nd attempt ..i just dont know what to do ..because when ever i go through books or different reference material
everything looks same i feel i know everything but when i solve model test paper still many question goes wrong...honestly i have lost of all hope
even clearing this attempt also because in 2nd attempt i had work very hard made sure i cleared my all doubt and mistake which i had made in 1st attempt but still i failed ...i had earlier made up my mind of giving CA..but somehow i coundnt stand the feeling of looser...i am very depressed all my fiends who also giving cpt have cleared nd m only one left...time is flowing by and i dont know what to do ...so please help me suggest me what to do....

Good Evening.I am Chaitanya from Mumbai.I am an 18 year old boy and have applied with the institute of chartered accountants of india for giving my cpt exam in june 2010.As this is my first attempt i wish to make it my last attempt and i am feeling quite tensed.This is because i have started studies for the course from the month of may..exams are on 20th june..having given hsc..standard XIIth exams..in commerce field i am very well familiar to the subjects but always feel that how should i study now within such a limited time and will i be able to pass in this very attempt..i put in atleast 5 hours of studies per day..i request you to please answer my query as early as possible..Thanking you...

i have cleared my ca final exam , and i want to join IFRS course offered by our institute.

i wanted to know the know about the scope of this course in India.

In our company we are implemented SAP software and for that implementation we spend lot of amount in different category, for example software purchase, license fee, implementation professional charges including Travel & conveyance paid to implementation team. It's cost around Rs.1.75 cores.
My question is:
1. While capitalizing SAP implementation expenses, under what asset class I need to take (Computer Software / intangible asset)?
2. What depreciation rate applicable as per company act?
Please help anyone and thanks in advance for quick response.
