now if he retire from the CA firm and do not surrender the COP then is articleship under that CA is consider as Articleship?

so that if he leave the firm and do not form any new firm and also do not surrender the COP then articleship under that CA will be Genuine Articleship?

I had completed my B.Com in 1993 and enrolled myself for CA Articles and completed my articleship in 1996. Due to various domestic problems I could not concentrate on my studies and did not appear for exams though I got my eligibility certificates for two groups.

I have an query regarding Calculation of Total Leave Taken.

As per the Training Guide it is mentioned that the Total Leave Taken should be other than weekly holidays, so does this mean that sundays should not be counted under continous leave (for example : Exam Leave in which i have taken a leave of 120 days for exam which includes 16 sundays. So, is this correct if I count Leave Taken as 104 (120-16) days.)

Please clarify ASAP.

I am A Graduate (B.Com.) Passed in June, 2004. After B.Com. I Joins a C.A. Firm in Gurgaon for 2 Years, Now I am Working With a Good Company, My Total Exp. is More Than 06 Years & My Earnings is Rs. 25,000/- P.M.
I Think for My Bright Future B.Com. is Not Sufficient for Senior Levels. Can You Suggest me Any Accounts or Tax Related Course/Diploma/Degree Like any Distance M.B.A. B'Coz I am not Able to Give 2 Hours Daily, But a Day on Weekend.

When I am Doing B.Com My Favourite Subjects are Income Tax, Statistics, Accountancy & I got Maximum Marks in above Subjects.
So, on behalf of That Subject, Please Suggest me a Best Course/Diploma/Degree, But Not so Costly

been told recently that if i appear for both groups for ipcc attempt widout having complete knowledge of all the subjects i am likely to flank in my finals........even if luck favours me in ipcc by clearing thru set off.are the subjects so well and deeply related ?
