GOOD MORNING I HAVE PASSED PCC AND I HAVE COMPLETED TRAINING OF 3 YEARS AS ON 20/08/2010 AND AS PER THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED BY ICAI I AM ELIGIBLE FOR FINAL EXAM BUT MY QUESTION IS WHETHER I HAVE TO FILE FORM-108 FOR NOV ATTEMPT

Form 108 needs to be submitted within 30 days of completion of articleship.

but i have completed only three years and i want to appear in nov exam so i have to submit for 108 or not

u can appear by virtue of notification. No need to file form 108 now.
