I m CA final Student. can any one tell me which book should I used for preparation of AS & IFRS?

I pass my PCC exam recently. I fill up the registration Form for Final (New) course on 13th August,2010.
I got the study material immediately.

MY PROBLEMS:-

1) I want to give my Final exam in Nov.2010 with the help of self study. So please suggest me some best books for 2nd Group...

2) I want to fill up the exam form online where I registered provisionly. In guideline "In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate" ??????

3) I have no registration letter at this time what I will submit with my form ??

4) How much time I can get my registration letter and from where ...

5) Can I pay my fees by using CANARA BANK ATM cum DEBIT CARD ??????

6) What is the meaning of IOB Debit Card ?

1}i have cleard II group of pe-ii exam.now i want to switched over to ipcc.Is there any last date for re-registration?
2}I don't want to give nov-2010 attempt so is there is any compulsion to give nov-2010 attempt who have cleared one of the groups in pe-ii?
3}should the another group must be cleared in first sitting?

I just wanted to know can two payments of IPCC forms be made from the same credit/debit card. The thing is my friend has no debit/credit card. So he's asking me to pay the amount on his behalf from my debit card?

Is that allowed? And will there be any problems if we do it that way?

there is one practicing CA who is in partnership with CA firm.

now if he retire from the CA firm and do not surrender the COP then is articleship under that CA is consider as Articleship?

so that if he leave the firm and do not form any new firm and also do not surrender the COP then articleship under that CA will be Genuine Articleship?
