Since I have cleared my CA inter in 2005, now I am earning handsome but surrounded with family responsibility, but it always pierce me that I am CA inter, is it wise to leave job and complete CA final?

TDS on Freight
One of our clients has not deducted TDS on freight in the assessment year 2008-09, which was disallowed in the assessment now.Can he claim the same freight in this A y by deducting the TDS, if yes,what should be the TDS percent taken

i attempted ipcc two times but i have seen the face of failure in two attempts. I want suggestions from you in how to attempt the theory papers as well as practical papers in ipcc exams.
