Wht abt the leave taken in period of secondment?

can any one tell me, how many ET papers i have to solve of each subject for clearing Eligibility papers?
Is it 2 papers of each subject or it is 4?
i am going to apprer in Dec 2010 exam of stage one, is i have to send solve ET of both group to Institute?

I given 2 attempts of pcc exams
still I am not qulified
because of heavy work in office
so, i want to terminate now
I completed 20 months articles training.
Is it compulsary ca sign for giving exam attemp in Nov 2010?

my articleship commenced on 20/3/07 and i served under my 1st employer till 21/11/07 wherein i took a leave of 73 days ( including 15 days of itt training ). so now how much leave can i take in the balance period under my 2nd employer. my service period under my current employer is 22/11/07-20/09/10 ?

Under which group should the folowing ledger be created?
1. Advance paid to supplier - ledger shld be created or direct entry
Supplier Dr.
To bank
can be passed?

2. TDS Receivable.

3. In a service company, mvat paid on stationery purchased should be added to the cost or separate Mvat i/p cr. a/c has to be created?

Dear sir,
A Banking company while finalising the accounts it makes a provision for standard assets (according to prudential norms), even though there is no irregularity.
Query:
1. Even though it is required to make a provision according to specific act, whether this provision is inconsistent with As-29 or not? since this amount to provision for future operating loss and para 14 is not fulfilled.
2. However, the law will prevail, how should an Auditor should disclose this issue in the Audit Report?
