What are the amendments applicable to Companies Act? Whether Co's Amendment Bill 2009 will be applicable for Nov 2010 exam? I am a CA final student.

What should be strategy to get 70+ marks in audit, law and isca in ca final?

pls advise how to attempt practical based theory questions to get good marks?

I cleared IPCC in may2010. I am simultaneously doing graduation. Now along with registering myself for ca final I also want to register for the cs foundation course. Can someone please help me know that if i can register for cs or not as i have heard that more than 2 courses are not allowed during articleship period.

I have already passed PE2 Group 1 in 2006.
Even i apply for the Group 2nd exam i hadn't attended the exam. As the PE2 Exam is discontinued how can i appear for the Ca exams. Kindly advise me about the fees to

Myself is pursuing CA Final and has also given good number of attempts for Group I of CA Final but I am facing difficulty in clearing Audit & Law Papers. Till now I was reading Padhuka's Hand Book for Audit and Munish Bhandari for Law. Now for Nov-2010 attempt I have adopted the Institute's Module and compilation for Audit and continued for law with Munish Bhandari's Book. I prepare for this subject by reading one or two times.

i am Final Student presently iam doing Articles, and i have completed 3 years artiles training. i have 6 months to undergo training and i had selected for Govenment job (with a pay of Rs.30,000 per month as basic).

Now i wish to go to job and simultaneously i want to completed CA Final.

1.Is there is any way to terminate articles here and continue the same ( remaining period) later.

2.is there occurs any problem if join in the job without intimating the same with the ICAI.

Please bring me out

i want to that i m 1 mark short in accounts for getting exemption so should i continue with the revaluation process?????????
again i think that i have secured much less in audit papers than my expectation so will revaluation help me in this case???????
