I am Pursing CA Fianl. For getting ATC certificate CA PE-II and articles are enuogh right? and also want to continue my CA is there any possibility to do both.

Dear All,
My query is I wrote my exams and not cleared my Final. So, want to take ATC certificate and as well as continue my CA Final.
For ATC certification PE-II and Articles completion is enough or do we need to do write any exams.
